NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
Everything is hand-crafted and made to order therefore all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be sure of your size before placing an order with us.
If we supply an incorrect order e.g. the wrong size, or the wrong design we will correct our mistake. Please contact us upon receipt of your order, any exchanges will be conditional and must be returned to us unworn and in the original packaging.
You will be liable (minimum) from 25% + 5% per week, for canceling orders. This is immediately in place from the moment of the order.
If you, cancel/dispute the transaction without any confirmation from None Of Zero we reserve the rights to:
Collect any debt from the customer plus any additional charges that occurred in the process of obtaining these funds. Specialist collection agencies will be provided with full information.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have paid extra for a guaranteed date, and we cannot fulfill it on time and you choose to cancel. We will refund the full order total. The cost of the extra express service will not be refunded.
