Response /Communication

  • Our well informed, passionate team is trained and committed to communicating with our customers honestly.


  • All our complaints, questions, and requests should be acknowledged within a certain time frame depending on how a customer has got into contact. E.g. If an email is sent then we aim to respond within 24 hours, our typical wait time is 3 plus days. If it is a message on one of our social media platforms like Facebook then usually a response will be given within 3-6 hours.
  • When we respond to our customers we try to provide as much information as possible including pictures or videos if needed.
  • We also try to keep our customers updated on the progress of their order, for example, if a customer asks where their shoe is in the production process we will let them know.
  • If there are any problems along the way that may cause delays we immediately contact our customer and explain what is happening.

Follow Up

  • Our staff receiving Customer feedback is very important as it helps us identify any issues within our company.
  • If we have not heard from a customer for a while, we will attempt to get in touch.
  • If a customer's situation has not been resolved in a certain amount days as expected, the customer should be notified and given a date when they can expect a sufficient response, completely resolving their situation.
  • We aim to resolve all customer complaints or issues, however if this is not followed up promptly, then the issue will be escalated to management.


  • If our customers are not happy with their purchase for any reason, we would like them to get in contact so that we can try and resolve the issue.


  • We regularly monitor the performance of our team's service, to ensure a high level of customer service is being brought to the table. If we find that our staff are not meeting the expected standards, we will provide them with additional training to help improve their service.
