Durability

Q1. Is the paint durable?

A. Yes!

The paint is crack, water resistant and 100% wearable, however damage can be caused through misuse.

All customs are made so that you can wear them without having to worry about cracks or chips in the paint. The paint does not crack and you can also clean the shoes with your preferred cleaning solution.

Orders

Q2. What is the average turnaround time?

A. Our turnaround time for orders is 30 days.

We look to deliver well before, but custom shoes take some extra time sometimes. It's always worth the wait. If you are looking to place an order with us, but need them for a specific date, please get in touch with us via our Contact Page.

Q3. If I order the wrong size can I change it?

A. Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes, we fulfil orders very quickly!

Once your order has been confirmed, it may not be possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

Tracking

Q4. How do I track my order?

A. Every order receives a tracking code immediately after order, this is sent to the email address after the confirmation email. You should receive a tracking code immediately after order. This may in some instances take up-to 24 hours. You can track your order at www.noneofzero.com/track with your unique 10 digit tracking code.

We will send you a separate tracking number via email within once we have shipped your item.If you didn’t receive a tracking number from us within the expected window, please contact our support team at sales@noneofzero.com

Cancellations

Q5. Can I cancel my order/s?

A. No- Sorry for any inconvenience

Every Shoe is custom made upon order. When you place an order, we place an immediate order for the size you ordered and hence we can't cancel after placing the order.

Shipping

Q6. How long will shipping take?

UK: 1-2 Days

Europe: 1-3 Days

Rest of World: 2-5 Days

Q7. Do we ship Worldwide?

A. Yes!

We have customers all around the world who are wearing shoes that truly represent their own personality!​

We will endeavour to have the most affordable international shipping rates!

 

Q8. Can I change my shipping address?

A. We will do our best to update an address upon a customers' request.

Please Contact our team as soon as possible.

Please know that if your request comes very late it can be extremely difficult to pull the order from production and update the address. If that is the case we will proceed to ship the order with the initial address the customer provided.

Refund And Exchanges

Q9. Can I get a Refund or Exchange?

A. All of our Custom sneakers are custom made upon order, this is why we do not do any returns or exchanges in regards to the custom shoes, so please be sure to check your size before placing an order.

We customise the shoes in the size and style that was ordered by you.

Please note: All shoes are video recorded during the P&P stage to ensure quality control.

Payment

Q10. What forms of payment do we accept?

A. We currently accept payments from Paypal, LaybuyUK, Clearpay (Afterpay), Klarna UK.

Card Payments from: Visa, Discover, Mastercard and more

Apple Pay & Google Pay with supported devices.

Q11. When do I pay?

A. We require full payment upfront, to be made on our website.

Q12. Do I have to pay customs for international orders?

A. In most cases you won't be required to pay custom charges, however:

Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
